Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of your purchase date. Please note items must be in their original condition for returns. We will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. This does not include custom Specialty Medallions or pamphlets.

 

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, if you receive an item in error, or items arrive defective/damaged/misprinted at the time of receipt, we will make it right by issuing a refund or item replacement. Please contact customer service at customerservice@ca.org or 310.559.5833

 

Shipping

In most cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt since boxes can get lost in transit.

 

Refund details

We will notify you that we have received your return and process your refund. Allow up to two weeks to receive your refund from the time we receive your package. You can choose to receive store credit or refund to the original payment method.

 

Returns by Mail

Simply email customer service customerservice@ca.org or 310.559.5833 for a return authorization number, return address and additional instructions. We require proof of purchase to honor a refund. Please include your order number, invoice number, or return authorization number with the return.
